This opportunity is designed for individuals aged 18-25 with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), accompanied by an Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP).
In our Supported Internship programme, you'll undergo three rotations during the academic year, each lasting a few months. These rotations will offer hands-on experience in a range of roles, such as Material supply officer, Business intelligence/data entry, administration, soft & hard services, shopfloor/warehouse and shipping team plus many more. Each rotation presents a chance to learn, contribute, and explore different aspects of Thales operations. By the end of the programme, you'll have a well-rounded understanding of various roles, setting the stage for your future success.
