Securing future talent workshop

Businesses frequently report difficulty in recruiting the young people they need to sustain and grow their future workforce. Issues can range from choosing the right recruitment media to attracting young people to rural business locations. The Somerset EBP is working closely with Somerset Chamber of Commerce to respond to this very real challenge.

The seminar will be hosted by ourselves and Somerset Chamber to help attendees to plan and execute an effective approach to recruiting young people.
