Businesses frequently report to the Somerset Education Business Partnership difficulty in recruiting the young people they need to sustain and grow their future workforce. Issues can range from choosing the right recruitment media to attracting young people to rural business locations. The Somerset EBP is working closely with Somerset Chamber of Commerce to respond to this very real challenge.

This seminar will help members to plan and execute an effective approach to recruiting young people.

Mark Bolton, Vice Principal, Curriculum and Quality at Yeovil College will explain the different options available to young people and how and when to make your offer heard
