Register to attend the Big Bang Fair South West

It’s the last chance to book your students a place at
the region’s largest celebration of STEMBig Bang Fair, South West

We are now expecting nearly 5000 visitors to The Big Bang Fair South West at Westpoint, Exeter on Tuesday 25th June. This is a prime opportunity for your students to try out hands-on activities, see mind-boggling shows including Wonderstruck and Medical Mavericks and hear from inspiring STEM role models from some of the UK’s biggest companies.

This year the show floor will be split into zones such as Space and Aerospace; Digital, Tech and Creative; and Health and Science in order for your students to see in action how vital STEM subjects are to  a diverse range of careers.

Registration closes Friday 17th May for this free event

We want your STEM projects!

We are still accepting entries in to the Regional Heats of the Big Bang Competition UK. So far we have over 40 entries to the South West heats. This is a chance for your students’ hard work to be celebrated with a range of awards like the Young South West Engineer and Scientist of the Year at our glittering award ceremony in the afternoon. Other sponsored awards include STEM Club Project of the Year; Digital Excellence; Most Innovative STEM Project; Diversity in STEM and the STEM Creativity Award.
