Imagine the Possibilities Awards 2024

The Imagine the Possibilities Awards are an opportunity to celebrate all those who make up the Supported Employment community in Somerset.

Supported Employment is a personalised approach to help people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities into real jobs, where they can fulfil their employment aspirations and achieve their life goals.

Educators, employers and job coaches – as well as friends, family and colleagues – are all vital components in creating the amazing Supported Employment opportunities available in Somerset and supporting young people to take them.

These two awards recognise both the organisations who have inspired and encouraged young people with SEND to achieve their potential and the determined and committed individuals who have made great contributions to their employer.
